Several restaurants close briefly on Friday afternoons for Jumu'ah prayers — notably Madina Fountain (1:00–2:30 PM) and Khorasan Kabab (opens 2:30 PM Fridays). Plan accordingly and call ahead if visiting midday on Fridays.

During Ramadan, hours often extend well into the night — especially at Abu Rass (Iftar buffet), Madina Fountain, Khan Karahi, and Flame Kabob. SAJ Palestine and Safwa Coffee are also known for their wonderful late Ramadan atmosphere.
