إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
"Verily, with every hardship comes ease."
Qurʾān · Surah Ash-Sharḥ 94:6

Dhikr for Right Now
You don't need wuḍū, a prayer mat, or even full focus. Just breathe and let these words settle in your heart.
سُبْحَانَ ٱللَّهِ
Glory be to Allah
ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
All praise is for Allah
ٱللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ
Allah is the Greatest
لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ
There is no god but Allah
أَسْتَغْفِرُ ٱللَّهَ
I seek forgiveness from Allah

Small Things That Help
When You First Wake Up
Before reaching for your phone, say Alḥamdulillāh — even once. It is a small act that reminds your heart, before the world rushes in, that you are alive and that is already something.
Make Wuḍū When You Feel Heavy
Water has a way of resetting things. The Prophet ﷺ taught us that wuḍū washes away more than physical impurity — it carries weight away from the limbs and from the spirit too.
Read Just Three Verses
You do not need to read a whole juzʾ. Open the Qurʾān, read three verses — even if you don't fully understand them yet — and sit with the sound. The healing is in the words themselves.
Walk Somewhere Green
Creation is a form of dhikr. Trees, sky, moving air — they are all in tasbīḥ. Walking among them connects you to something far larger than whatever is troubling you right now.
Make Yourself Something Warm
Tea, warm milk, a hot drink — there is something deeply human about pausing to make yourself something nourishing. You are worth that small act of care.
Write It Down for Allah
You don't need the right words. Write what is in your heart as if you are writing directly to Him — because in a way, you are. He hears more than what is spoken aloud.
"And He found you lost and guided you."
Qurʾān · Surah Aḍ-Ḍuḥā 93:7
